Richard Binko
Abe Omerhodzic
The other powerhouse of the office! Fluent in several dialects of Slavic, Abe has been with The Law Offices of Richard S. Binko Since 2001. Abe worked in the insurance industry for over ten years, which makes him a tremendous asset to our firm. He knows the ins and outs of how insurance companies work and ways to protect our clients. He and Mr. Binko work hand in hand on each case to assure you are getting the best representation our office can offer.
Michele Procknal
Michele has been with Mr. Binko since 1986. She holds the roles of office manager, legal assistant, and secretary. She has experience with drafting pleadings and motions, closing/settlement papers, accounting and management of the support staff for Mr. Binko. She also administers the scheduling of the firms’ business including trials, depositions, motions and other calendaring. You could say Michele is the glue that holds our office together!
Kathy Milbrand
Kathy is our office accountant. She takes on a lot of responsibility with handling all the office expenses and disbursements for clients. Kathy has been with our office for over 20 years, and we are happy to have her with us!
Catrina Walterich
Since 2001, Catrina has worked as a Legal Secretary here at the The Law Offices of Richard S. Binko. After graduating from Hilbert College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice as well as a second Bachelor of Arts degree in Forensic Science Investigation, Mrs. Walterich received a Legal Administrative Assistant Associates Degree from Bryant & Stratton. She is also a licensed Notary Public. Catrina is a wealth of knowledge and continues to shine in our office!
David Binko
David has been with the office since 2014. Working with each team member to help out where needed. David also accompanies clients to insurance medical exams as well as taking on the marketing and advertising role.
Amy Rogers
Is a graduate of Bryant and Stratton. She has been a great asset to our team since March of 2014. As of May 2015, Amy is a notary public and continuing to offer more and more to our office. Amy is in charge of the intake of medical records, as well as the up keep of each clients treatment status and mileage reimbursement.
Debbie Bennett
Accompanies the client to their insurance medical exams to ensure they get a fair evaluation. She has been with our office since 2020. Debbie is the first person to greet you when you enter our office. Happy to help, Debbie has become a great asset to our team.
